Can someone help me Please. I am a non EEA man living together with my EEA fiancee (polish) for almost three years now. We have sumitted EEA cohabitant application 28 May this year, I haven't heard from HO and havent received COA up to now. Now we just found out that my fiancee is 1 month pregnant. What should i do to get COA because i need to start working as soon as possible to get ready for our baby. help please!!!!!

You cannot get a COA that confers the right to work unless unless you were applying as a family member.

You will need to wait until your Residence Card application is successful before you can work.

Are you considering marrying her? Because that would make things easier on the immigration side.
