EEA 2 Application - Surinder Singh

Hello All,
We are applying for EEA2 for the extension for the non EU family member who is currently on an EEA FP ( Surinder Singh - UK National). I have a few questions in mind and I was wondering if someone can help
We are applying for EEA2 for the extension for the non EU family member who is currently on an EEA FP ( Surinder Singh - UK National). I have a few questions in mind and I was wondering if someone can help
- 1. Do we need CSI ? I think the UK national and their family does not nee a CSI if they are applying on Surinder Singh basis. Correct me if I am wrong.
2. Does the British national need to be working to be a qualified person or their economic activity in the member state makes them a qualified person after a successful EEA FP?
3. Do we need any additional documents than what we used for EEA FP or the same set of document will be enough?
