Hi All,

My question is that i am a British citizen, my wife and son have applied for eea2 recently, now if want to claim for housing benefits, child benefits and working tax credits,will it affect their application for EEA2 in the ukba.

Have you already applied for the RC?

child benefits is definitely no problem. I think, but am not sure, that the others are also fine. You should try to confirm.
