10 weeks gone and didn't receive COA

Hello,
My husband applied for an EEA2 visa on the 14th june 2012.
10 weeks has gone and we didn't receive the COA. What should I do? Can I call HO?

why not give HO a call? I would have adviced email but it is very unlikely HO will reply your email. so I will say give them a call and request for his CoA.

I called them today. The lady said that the application is in process and i have to wait.
I dont know how much time it will take.
