Have been married to an EEA national since Dec 2007.

We have two children ,a 6 years old and a 3 years old.

I am a non EEA a national.

The oldest child is my child ,had her before we got married and she was issued with a residence permit in 2009 ,alongside side mine.

The youngest was born in 2009 ,we have not made any application for him till date.

My husband worked in the UK till last year June, when he decided to move out of the UK because of work, but comes for a day or two to see us.

I have been working since 2007 +since he officially left the UK.

The six year old was in full time education at the time of his departure and still is.

I am still employed but currently on maternity leave with our third child.

Question:
Do I qualify for indefinite leave to remain in December this year?

If I do ,what proof do I need?

How does the recent changes to the 2006 regulations in July this year affect me?

What do I apply for the children?

What is your own nationality? What nationality do the children hold?

How long have you actually lived in the UK?

Is your 6-year-old your EEA national husband's daughter?

The 6 year old is not the child of the eea national ,she is a nigerian but was born in the uk .

My husband is from the Netherlands .
