HI,

I am Egyptian on 2 years spouse visa was married to English girl and we got married in Egypt (by egyptian law ) however we never lived together and i have been living with my GF shes from Czech republic and she on my council tax and her bank account and pay slips same address etc... i got the divorced in egypt and i just received it now with translation ... i have noew less than 3 months left n my visa and i have full time job.

do i have to get married to my new GF to get RC ?
Am i allowed to get married in UK even tho my visa because i was married to UK citizen and now i am divorced?

my GF work only part time and by the time i submit my EEA2 application she will be working for 3 months and that.

also if by the time i gave my passports and my visa is due to be expired will i be able to work ?

I understand its really strange situation ... my only concern if i go to register office they want to see divorce certificate even tho its not been issued in UK... but can they just say because you divorced your UK spouse you are not allowed here anymore and cant get married!!!
