Would have been more appropriate to tag this onto the actual story in your previous thread. It's rather meaningless as a stand alone statement, as we can't see why it took nearly five months to issue something that should have been emitted in under a week, but thanks anyway.

I am very happy for you. Let's hope the residence card application goes more smoothly. In fact, given the length of time they took to deal with your original application, I think you are entitled to priority. Remember, if you don't ask, you won't get.

Sorry for that..I only post my time line..The interested one will visit my profile for whole story  ..Any way i want to ask u some questions regarding eea residence card.as u know ukba has wasted my five month and also ruined my vacations..Is it possible for me to launch eea2 application upon my arrival in uk and soon after it can i ask for passport?...The main reason is because i am a student and cant squander my current semester..my solicitor has told me that i should live in uk for three to four months during my application..If u have any suggestion please tell me..I am more worried now :(

There is no need to worry, please read the document I mentioned in my post above. I would not delay in applying for EEA2, get it out of the way as soon as you can.
