EEA2 contact details change and certificate of application

Hello.
My EEA2 application has been delivered on 10th August. The address I put there has now changed so I've been trying to contact European Enquires Contact centre as it is advised on the website but there's no direct line. Just the voice mail and e-mail address suggestion for those who need their passport back urgently. On the phone they also tell you that for people who sent their applications in the last six months they don't have any information.

It's been six weeks, and it's said they would send certificate of application allowing to work.
I need to notify that the address to send that certificate to has changed now. (how many weeks exactly is "several" for them anyway?) Is there any way to get through?
And also, I live in London, what options are there, if any, to get work without documents and legal right?

Any help, please.

You could write to the same address you sent your application to and inform them of the change in circumstances. You could identify yourself by your name, passport number, date of birth, etc. Ensure you state what your previous address was.

In addition, you could consider re-directing your post to your new address.

Buying royal mail redirection service is a good way but the most better way to send them a letter to update your new address along with a pre paid envelope showing your new address for the return of your documents.

Good point, which is why I'd suggested "in addition".
