i applied for EEA2 on 23 th june and i have been waiting for COA since then.i havent recieved anything from HO.it has been more than 3 months.i called HO but no answer or they say that they cant give any information up to 6 months.im worried too much.Questions:

1-)how can i check if they recieved my application or not.(i know that royal mail may get your documents lost.im afraid of this). I tracked my application on royal mail website,but it says that Information on your item is not yet available online.
2-)If HO recieved my application,how can i make them reply to my application because it has been more than 3 months.By now, i should have recieved my COA.

Where are you applying from?

i applied in Colchester but i had to sent my document from Brighton by special delivery..

Phone the royal mail and ask why not. You've paid for a tracking service have you not?

Call them again and before asking them about your coa, ask them 1st that can you atleast tell me as my application is in their system. If the speaker do not help then try again later.
