getting married to a Romanian national

Hi
If a person on post study work permit marries a romanian national who have been in UK for 2 months and is working as self employed.
Does she needs to have 18k salary or it is for both partners?
Is romanian citizen any different from other EEA Nationals in terms of marrying a non EEA citizen?

Romania is a part of europe but is facing some temporary restrictions. Marrying procedure will be absolutely same like other eu countries and there is no salary/income threshold applicable which only applies to uk spouse visa category. And first three months are totally free for eea national to excercise its eu treaty rights.

Thank you.. That means it will be simple straight forward application. One will need to get married and apply on EEA2 application?
Can anyone please help me with if there is anything additional/different required for romanian citizen's spouse's in terms of documents?

Hi, hunpak i am Romanian and got marriage with non EEA, you will use Form BR5 not EEA2.My husband applied for residence card and still waiting, i am self employed from last four years,we have submitted all supporting documents with application,
