Hey everyone!

Im very nervous and stressed.
I really hope that someone can help me.
This is mi situation:

Im mexican and my wife is from Finland (EEA)
Ive got a EEA family permit one year ago before I came to join her but it expired in February.
Ive applied for my Residence card but the (swearword for bad people) of UKBA lost our passports during the applicacion. We went for a holidays to Spain in July so i had to apply for a new passport.

When we came back to the UK, we showed our marriage certificate, wifes job contract, mine, bills, etc. and we explained him about our problem with the UKBA and lost passports.
They did let us in but they did put a stamp LEAVE TO REMAIN FOR/UNTIL 6 months.

Im travelling tomorrow evening to Amsterdam WITHOUT HER (EEA NATIONAL) as Im visiting a friend.

Will they let me in to the country again travelling without my wife?
Will I have some problems and be removed?
Im carrying with my our marriage certificate, copy of her passport, bills, mi job contract, her job contract and pay slips and my bank account statement.

PLEASE HELP ME!!

As a Mexican you don't need a visa to visit the UK, so you will have no problem boarding a flight back.

With the set of documents you listed, you should get the Code 1A ("Leave to remain for 6 months") again. Even if they have doubts, they must let you enter and give you right of appeal in country (but it won't get to that).

I suggest you print the relevant pages (section 5.5, pages 8-9) of Border Force Operations Manual - EEA Nationals & their family members and carry them in your hand luggage.
