I wont exactly agree with you. Yes there are some institutional problems especially with efficiency and with the correct interpretation and application of the EU directive but lets not forget the amount of bogus, falsified claims that they are innundated with on a daily basis. Taking the fact that applicants are not paying for the service, it must put a considerable amout of pressure on them in all fairness, however that is not to say some of their MO arent fit for purpose.
I have had experiences with the Belgian immigration with respect to EU treaty rights and I can categorically state that the UKBA are saints and angels compared to them

I understand your points, but right now, if they are Angel or Devil I don’t care, they have never been an Angel to me anyway, if not for the fairness, legal system and law in UK and EU, many genuine people have no place here in this country because this people are only trained to refuse application. (Read their case worker guidance, they only teach them how to write a refusal letter) I wonder how many family and relationship this organization have destroyed, separated. I have read a case where HO say a family with 4 children married for 20yrs is a marriage of Convenience.
Anyway, please, I need your help here, should we have to wait longer than that or is there any address to contact them on?
Will really appreciate to hear read from you.
