Residence Card for non eea national

I want to know that if a residence card holder marry a non eea national in uk then what kind of laws apply on him..The residence card holder is no more dependent on eea national..will he deported from uk?

Not enough information in your post to give an answer. You need to give dates (when you got the Residence Card, when relationship with EEA national ended, why it ended) and length of residence etc

As long as EEA partner is excercising eu treaty rights and relationship is intact.
