Normally within the eu zone if the non-eu national travel along with its partner then no need of getting the visa but how about the non-eu countries like usa, canada, australia, new zealand etc where an eu national can freely enter then does it mean that its none-eu partner can also freely enter if travelling together.

No. That would depend on the visa requirements for his nationality. The EEA residence documents have no affect outside the EU (although they can be used in a visa application to prove he has strong ties to his country of residence).

All above countries allow free entry to eu nationals but why not to visa national non-eu spouse holding marriage certificate and eea2 rc which got on the basis of eu national activities such as self sufficient etc.

Why would they? They are not part of the EU. Why would the US care about a residence document issued by a European country.

With this logic, Indian with a green card in the US should also be exempt from visa requirement for the UK as they are allowed to travel visa free with their green card to Canada.

It doesn't work like that. Outside the EU, your citizenship determines if you need a visa or not.
