hi
I am thinking to apply residence card for my mother .
can I submit my marriage certificate as proof for relation?
all my certificates are in french and I have only my marriage certificate translated to english.

my marriage certificate clearly lists my parents name.
Will UKBA accept this or i need to submit my birth certificate only.
Please guide me :?: :?:

Well, that's a start, but I feel that a Birth cert is the only acceptable evidence of your relationship to your mother. You'll need lot more than that for a dependant parent application.

can any one please tell me what are the supporting documents for residence card when eea national is sponsoring her mother for rc.
can anyone guide me if something more is required
1.Identity-
PASSPORTS(EEA NATIONAL +NON-EEA NATIONAL)
2.Evidence that eea member is exercising treaty rights.
EEA NATIONAL 'S LETTER FROM EMPLOYER.
3,Evidence of relation
BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITH ENGLISH TRANSLATION.
4.Photographs
5.Proof of address
.
I have only NHS records as proof of address right now.

My father is an eea national but he is not exercising treaty rights that is why i am sponsoring my mom.
is it necessary to submit marriage certificate of my parents ?
