I'm a student but on passive for now and will be returning back to school in September 2013 and married to an EU national who just finished her schooling and haven't found a job yet so we are intending to travel to the UK. Here is what I have for now so am asking if this is enough...

My valid Int'l passport
Passport photograph
School ID card with school letter which confirm am a student of the university
Bank statement though not in English language
Marriage certificate
Residence card
House contract agreement
EEA national passport and ID card (Wife)

I hope anyone can enlighten me on what to add more and what I can do. I will really appreciate any help.

Some of your items are not required.

See Q2 in EEA FAQs - Common Questions - Read before posting - EEA Family Permit.

Submit the minimal amount possible. And then enjoy the UK!

What does "on passive" mean?

Did you click on the link in my previous post and read Q2?

Was there something unclear?

I did read it... Which states I have an equal right with an Eu citizen since am married Also an Eu family member but what I want to know is that my wife has never work because she just finished some months ago from school though she has been looking for jobs but nothing has showed up yet, so since u said I don't need much of that requirements I would like to know what are the most important documents I have to submit since we are both traveling to the Uk and for her she doesn't need a visa but for me I need a family permit visa.

It doesn't matter what your wife is doing or did in the past.

There isn't a question of "most important" documents. Q2 in the FAQ lists the required documents. Nothing else is needed.

Thank you so much.. I found my answers to my questions on the FAQ. But one more thing is that we both got married in September I hope it's not too early and am sure I can process my EEA family permit by now... Thanks once again and God bless you

It is "acceptable" to include bank statements, x-rays and small pink horses.

But I personally would recommend against it.
