if an application is refused under regulation 8 and we have gone to d appeal to defend our relationship is geniune with evidence of our council tax letters we both recieve on same address sky bills and yet the home office rep is still saying d relationship is not geniune what do i do i am waiting for the judgement anyway is there room for second appeal?

what reason have they given you for doubting your relationship? I'm not aware of the regulations but do they suspect a 'marriage of convenience'? x
