hello everone,i have the full custody of my child for four year and she's got british passport which he never want to release,i dont know where he leaves or knows where i leave due to violent.i apply for a new one declaring the one he has lost.i sent satutoty declaration but i wasnt issue one they said they need a letter from CSA or a SPECIFIC ISSUE ORDER from the court .i dont know what to do next can someone help please thank you.

It is not passport that confer citizenship, but citizenship that confers passport right. There are many ways that citizenship can be proven without a passort.
