it might be best to elaborate on which change of circumstance you are talking about exactly. Some change of circumstance like seperation of marriage couple don't need to be reported.

Well i meant like if some one changed address,changed from student to worker,worker to student,selfemployee to student during the application,i hope you got my drift.
How their application was dealt and did it take extra time because of changed scenarios, or any other type of changes happened during application and you didn't tell UKBA and they rejected the application because of that reason.

The same thing board members are already briefly discussing along with their application time scale in eea2 timeline thread (already exist).
