appeal allowed after all struggles

hi guys is my time to share my good news am from nigeria i applied for a residence card in january my application was refused in july ie homice said they wont accept my proxy marriage. i appealed immediately of which i chose paper hearing after hearing my appeal the immigration judge changed it to oral hearing ( i think because the evidence was too much hahahahahahahahahah) . later my case was heard at taylor house london i got a letter that my appeal is allowed. am relieved now ukba are useless set of people

You succeeded in your appeal - the system works. Why gloat? Especially given the magnificent, uncorrupted public service system that exists in Nigeria.
I would suspect that 99% of British people would reject the notion of a proxy marriage as something alien to the British way of life. Be thankful that some laws have been drawn-up by buffoons and interpreted by the liberal elite.

Congratulations ! Good to hear this news...I am on the same boat just received my appeal allowed letter from Upper Tribunal today ,,was allowed last week at the hearing but got written confirmation today ,seems like UKBA is just wasting peoples and courts time nothing else.Time to change the system.
