I am non EU. My wife is EU. I need to apple for residence card (EAA2) How much income has to be for my wife to submit eaa2. Is it £18600? How much minimum should be?

What is your wife's nationality and what is she doing in the UK. Provided she is exercising treaty rights by working or self employed, you dont need to prove the existence of 18,600 earning.
