While issuing my certificate of registration of the era national, they have sent papers to my old address. I had to drive more than 120 miles return to collect it. I subsequently, submitted a claim and was in the process of communication with NWCS. When this has been moved to London, communication hit the Bermuda triangle. What would be the viable complaints route to take?
Thank you

In compensation you will maximum get the same regular phrases "SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE THAT MAY CAUSED YOU".

Not correct. UKBA sometimes pays compensation claims for European free movement applications.
