Hi everyone!
I am about to apply for my residance card from this form:
http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... /eea21.pdf
my question is if i need to supply proof of our realtionship like i apply for the family permit as photos, etc..?
or the marriage certificate and the pay slips of my wife that shows she is using her treaty rights to work at the uk it's enough?
thanks very much for help.

Is this for you or your friend (with the refused EEA FP)?
Marriage certificate and payslips should be enough.

Hi Jambo. it is for my friend (with the refuse). he got the family permit after 2 refusals. does it metter? should he add more documnts because of it?

I wouldn't. By issuing the EEA FP, they acknowledged the relationship is genuine. As I said, marriage certificate and payslips should be enough.

should he add payslips from his work as well? or only her work?

Only the EEA national activities matter. What the non EEA national is doing is not relevant in their case.

Hi Jambo thanks for the help!
about the waiting time? do you know how long they need to leave their paasports at the uk boarder? bcs his wife might need to fly during the process.
do they need her passport all times or if they add to the application her passport+ notary certified document of the passport and then they ask them to send back the passport??

They need to send the actual passports. The application can take upto 6 months but they can ask for the passports back at any stage without affecting the application. Check this thread -
Experiences on Requesting Passports back from UKBA (EEA2).

If they don't know, just leave blank.
