I need help to retain my residence card

I was just introduced to this website by a friend who I told about my situation and he told me members of this forum can help me.this is my story below.
I got married to a Germany citizen in Germany in June 2009 and got a resident permit in Germany,we later decided to move to UK in 2010 and my wife started working as self employed and I was or king with boots.she has been self employed till date and has paid national insurance until date and filed and paid tax return 2010 till 2011. Sadly our marriage got dissolved in October 2012 and I intend to make application for ROR. Please can you advise if I qualify based on this documents below.
My passport
My payslip
My p60 2020 to 2011
Exwife proof of registration of self employment in 2010
National insurance bill paid from 2010 till 2011 paid at the postoffice
National insurance paid via direct debit from my business account cos that's the account she used in trading period 2011 till November 2012.
Tax return paid 2010 to 2011
I have copies of her recent tax return her accountant filed for 2011 till 2012,it was just filed yesterday.
Letter from national insurance office confirming in payment paid in year 2010,2011 ,2012 and it was dated after date decree absolute was issued.
Accountant letter confirming my ex is still registered as self employed and has still continued trading.
Pls help access my situation as advise if I qualify for Ror

Need more information.You married in June 2009,and divorced in oct 2012.on which date/year,your divorce procedings was started?do you have any child?

Got married 20 June 2009, divorce proceedings started 4th July 2012'we have no children

It looks that you are fine,if you proof that your ex wife was working during divorce procedings,i.e july12 till oct 12.but you also need to attach one year proof of residence,both of you resided in the uk.

Hi ravii,did u read my first post it states all the documents I have,I also have joint utility bills for over 2 years.pls can you confirm if those documents are ok

You need to sent your most recent payslip,which shows that you are a qualified person after divorce.rest of ducoments are fine.
