Hi, i am a non EU citizen and married with EU citizen since 2006 i got my 5 yrs stay in Uk and is finished August 2012 i send my application 16/07/12..i havent any letter so far my fair is lack of papers ..which is send our marriage certification, a bank statetmet, my payslips, life in the uk test paper, 6 months tenancy agreement and her EU ID.. after read all refusual stories i dont have any singel hope now pls help

Could you clarify, what exactly is your question?

To succeed for a permanent residence card, you need to demonstrate that you have lived in the UK in accordance with the relevant regulations for the required period of time.
