Hi guys,

I was just told that the latest language requirements also apply for EEA Family Permits... is this true? Has the law changed or is there any chance that the law might be changed in the near future?

Not as far as i'm aware.

Who knows when they change the Law regarding this, but i would doubt it.

Think Mrs May is concentrating on Student Visa's - Theresa May said that from next April border staff would question more than 100,000 people to "root out abuse" of the system, while maintaining the UK as a destination for study.

The new rules do not apply to the EEA.

Salem, UK cannot change the EEA rules.
