some advice permanent residence

Here's my timeline

13/07/12 - EEA4 Sent
16/07/12 - HO R
COA Not Received is not normal?

if you don't mind I will ask my question here. maybe someone will know excatly answer, as I can't find the answer I am married with spanish, we have been living in the UK since november 2006, we lived so many different address but we did not collect bills..etc..and my wife left uk for visit her family and some sickness issues at her country 2010 till 2011 is that can be problem for my application and cause to late decision? after she came back to UK, we send our marriage certificate, my payslips, her ID,6 months tenancy agreement, my bank recieps..


i m in worry and huge stressed pls some adive

What about evidence of her exercising treaty rights over the five years period did you provide. The documents you provided seems who inadequate.

Yes it seems so. You have to show that your EEA national was either working, Self Employed, Self Sufficient or a Student for the past 5 years, in order to qualify.
