Hi All
my wife( french citizen) sending application for PR in January
we got two children both born in the uk(both under 3y)they dont have passports because we didnt make our children passports.
shall we include our children in the EEA3 application or shall we wait for PR and then register them as british citizen.
yours advice on this please.

No point to include the kids.

Being under 3, they don't qualify for PR as they have not spent 5 years in the UK. In any case, they don't need PR to apply for registration as BC. It's the parent status that matters.
