hello everyone!

My wife is a EEA citizen (Finnish) , She is living with Her parents and studying in the uk for many years, but She is not registered in the home office.
We have got married last summer in the uk but only the religion marriage , We dont have a marriage certificate or any papers yet, She will come here to my home country to register our marriage then apply for EEA FP .
MY QUESTION IS: if She register in the home office, doest it effect (positively or negatively ) my application and/or our marriage procedure.

thank you!

She does not have to be register .You have to remember she must show that she exercising free movement right under EU regulation.
Of course if she have RC it easier and helps but I would advise to apply for RC in UK first (she may even qualify for PR if she leaved here more than 5 years under regulation)
