I'm a bit confused.is eea 3 consider as ILR....

EEA3 is actually the name of the form which a EUEEA/EFTA national may complete to apply for confirmation of permanent residency.
PR = ILR but both are obtained through two very different immigration routes.

Ok thanks,so with eea3 + naturalisation in September 2012,does this mean that my son who is born in July 2012 is British by birth? I am asking coz I'm getting different info that my son is not qualified for British passport and need to apply mn1 form...is it true.son born in UK.
