EEA 2 Application withdrawal

I applied for RC as non-eu spouse of eu national using EEA2
applied May 10th, 2012
UKBA claimed to receive June 1st, 2012
Got COA september 12th, 2012
Got MP involved December 13th, 2012 (MP hasnt done nothing yet though)
Got letter January 4th, 2013 saying wife withdrew sponsorship
wife got letter and all submitted documents saying the same thing
i live with wife and there was no time she withdrew application.
I have series of important job interviews and i need help with UKBA. what do i do?
i have sent letter refuting claim of withdrawal of sponsorship. Wife and me. we have sent back all documents to them. Any other advice[/b]
