i need some advice and info, if anyone can help. i have requested my passports and my husband passport as well. we have receeived them. my son british passport still in progress and today i rang IPS and they told me i need to send the permanent residence card of my husband to see that husband was already settled before baby is born. i will request home office to send me his permanent residence card (is that how it is called- EEA3 card) but my question is: not having my husband passport, permanent residence card (EEA3 card), will my EEA4 application be affected ...?

any advices will be appreciated.

If you've already made your application (EEA1, 2, 3 or 4) and request your passport back, the application continues.

Thanks for the info.coz I have my husband passport with us and now requesting his eea3 card.its almost 4months since I'm waiting for my pr (eea4)...
