Hi everyone!
I applied mid of december for my RC on EEA2 form.
i received my COA in the beginning of January.

Now my wife (the EEA national) need her passport back for business travel as she have to travel a lot in europe for her job.

I want to ask for her passport back and i even add a special delivery envelope to my application for her passport.

My question is if i ask for my wife passport back only 1 month after i sent my application will it cause me any problem with my application?

after we get her passport will the HO will ask us to send it back to them? I dont need my passport at the moment but my wife need her passport quite often for her work.

Please help me and let me know it really urgent.

Yes i been reading it but i still don't understand if they will need my wife (the EEA national) passport back?

I have now the pemily permit.
And my passport gonna stay at the HO. Is there any reason they will ask my wife passport back? as i say my wife need her passsport for business travel really often.

Most likely not as they have seen it but there is no gurantee. The CW might decide he wants to see it again.

Hi again.
In the passport back form they ask for:
"Home office (HO) reference or fee reference* – Nationality only"

The only thing that appear in my COA is:

OUR REF: HO_Ref
Your Ref: Your Ref

So what should i put in that field?
