Resident card and entry to UK rights

Hi there,
I was just wondering if any of you guys know by any chance if my husband will face any problems when entering UK from his holidays in india while I'm not in the UK? I coming back two days after him from Portugal.

As long as your husband has a valid visa to enter UK, it doesn't matter whether you are in UK or not. In case he is coming for the 1st time, he may be asked few simple questions.

If you have moved away from the UK or have been gone for more than 6 months in the year, then there could be a problem.
And otherwise, if there is ever any problem, he needs to explain again and again that you are an EU citizen and you continue to be resident in the UK.
