Dear All,

My wife is trying for the job but she was not successful so far. Meanwhile she started taking private tuition for German learners few hours in a week. Is it possible she can register as self employed person that will count towards treaty rights.

Kind regards

If she registers with HMRC, and keeps records, that should be okay.
