hello i have been refused eea2 resident card how ever i am appealing but it seems a lot of people telling me its best i send a new application but i have already going to the tribunal court soon with my appeal.... Does this mean if my appeal is not successful. if home office dont quickly deport me to no mans land..... i can make a new EEA2 application send to home office again on a different grounds self sufficient.

If i make an application on self sufficient does my husband have to have savings in his bank account, if yes roughly how much minimum will home office accept as enough savings.

Well, that is an option open to you.

It may be less costly, and the right step to take, in light of the fact that the documents you provided to the Home Office was wholly inadequate to enable you to fall into the Self Employed or Self Sufficiency Category.

If you provide a comprehensive sickenss insurance and regular source of income, that will suffice for Self Sufficiency purpose.

This is a good example of where you might have continued in your original thread. Keep posting, but please try to be considerate to others much of the information you posted originally will not be available to someone who looks at this for the first time. Your CSI question was more general and therefore it was appropriate to open a new thread on that.
