I am planning to apply PR on EEA3 and complected my 5 years but confused shell i include my self employment or not. here is my case.

I have been working past 5 year part time 16 hours per week in employment, where 1 and half year worked 8 hours per week and now working again 16 hours per week. will this be problem? i have all the p60's and it showing amounts as follows.

2007 (£800) this is only £800 as started work in feb 2008
2008(34900)
2009(£3800)
2010 (£3800)
2011 (£2100)
2012 (3800)

as this above low income any problem? will this enough to prove treaty rights as worker?

if not i have also register as self employed since April 2010 and got the proof bank statements, invoices, HMRC nation insurance Contribution forms, can get accountants letters)

so can i just apply with my employment or also included self employments? as including self employment will not confuse case worker? as i got lots of bank statements and invoices? and lot of other people claiming that hard to prove case worker if you self employed.

plz give me your opinion what shell i do?

As long as you have been able to sustain yourself (financially) without help from the government (public funds), low income is not a problem at all.
If you can show continuous employment for five years (and six P60's will do, no need to send payslips, bank statements, etc. as well), don't confuse your case by adding self-employment as an alternative. Make it easy for the caseworker to check your application quickly and reach a positive decision.
For an EU national confirmation of PR is just "nice to have", but you do not really need it and in practice it gives you very little benefit.
