URGENT-Applied BR5,needs to travel urgent

Hi,
I applied Application BR5 for RC on 25/07/2012.
CoA received on 15/10/12
Requested for passport return on 27/12/12,this friday will be 6 months since i applied but didnt received RC or my passport yet.
