EEA2 - haven't received COA after 6 weeks

We haven't received the COA, it has been nearly 8 weeks... is there anything we can do?

Yes, you can complain. It is meant to be issued immediately.

I havent received either ! i submitted my app on 11/12/12 and call them last week they were saying to wait until the end of this month (Jan 13) !

Just spoke to them, they sent it to the WRONG address on 21/12/12... Door number 170 instead of 17d.

Want to scream. Now I have to write by post to get another one sent.

Oh idiot people work in EEA2 app department na ! well its great they spoken to u abt ur COA ! how did u start phone conversation btw ?

I just said I'd like to know why we haven't received the COA. He asked me a couple of questions and then told me. I mean seriously so annoying though!

Mistakes do happen. Such is life. At least OP knows what happened now and it can be rectified.

That's a pity, but clearly it doesn't sound deliberate. There may be a small chance that the post office can help (you might be surprised).
