Pls can some checked this letter out
If is what u get attach to ur rc
When u get it so let me know

This is the not
At present your only claim to remain
In the uk is as the family member
Of a EEA national who is exercising
Treaty righty here if your family
Member decides to leave the uk
Or ceases to exercise treaty right,
Or if you ceasece to be a family
Member, you would have to qualify
To remain in the uk in ur own right

2 this directorate should be notified
Immediately if ur family member
Decide to leave the uk or cease to
Exercise a treaty right here or if you
Cease to be a family member


If any one have this letter with is rc comment
If u have to apply for retain right again
Before apply for ur rc or inform ukb if u
Devourc let me know

Hi Oke1, This is the letter I was talking about.

For your betterment, you should apply now with all relevent

documents and explaining in a cover letter.

If you do now, you will not need any document from you spouse

when you apply for PR in later time.

I think your concerns are unjustified, this letter is simply representation of what is the implication of law. No worries as long as you are married and your spouse or whoever is to be called family member in this instance is living in UK your status is safe.

This is a standard letter and every eea2 applicant receive that when successfully get eea2 visa along with passport.

As others point out, it's a standard one-size-fits-all letter.
