Have you applied for permission to appeal the decision of the First Tier tribunal, or have you been granted permission to appeal, and awaiting decision or Hearing of the substantive appeal.

Well, that takes months rather than weeks. You should brace yourself for long waiting.

What were the reasons for refusal. You could make a new application .

the reason was that the HO couldn't find my partner's work place in YELL.COM
i think if i make fresh application they might refuse again, that's why i decided to make an appeal

On the face of it, this would appear to be a rather frivolous reason to refuse an application. There is no obligation for a company to subscribe to a third party advertising facility.

What were the exact reasons for the refusal ie wording?

What was the reason for 1st appeal rejection?

Was there any substantive reason to suggest that employment was not genuine?

Does she have payslip? Did her company register her as payee with the inland Revenue? is this company registered for tax purpose? Is it a plc or a soletrader?

However much i am inclined to believe the decision is flawed, buttom line is, it may be quicker to make a new application, as it appear wrongly or rightly, that the FTT agreed with their decision.
