The decision of the Court Of Justice of the European union is out.

It is official that a victim of domestic violence, must initiate divorce before their EEA Spouse depart from the United Kingdom in order to retain their right of Residence.

However children of former migrant worker who are were not in school at the time when the Migrant worker cease working in the UK, will benefit from the case of Ibrahim, and do not have to have been in school when the migrant worker left the UK.
