I am an eea national. I am living and working in the uk . I got permanent resident card . My sister and her spouse and children are dependent on me in non eea country .they all living in my house i non eea country.now I want to bring them here in the uk as my dependents.so please tel me how long dependency proof need to submit with the application?I am waiting for your kind reply.Thanks in advance

Well if they are a family unit, even if they can show dependancy, the SOS may not want to exercise discretion under Regulation 12(2).

Are they in employment, and what are their ages.

They are not working and wholly dePendent on me.so please kind advice
