Hi.
I have a three month gap between my employment, it was a four years ago.I've not being register as a job seeker, took a holiday, I stayed in UK.
Is my application EEA3 will be refused because of this three months gap?
Cheers.

That would be a good news, but may I ask, what makes you to think like that? Are you talking from yours experience?

This is not my experience but this is in EU regulations.any gap less then 6 months would not effect in EEA3/4 applications.

Ok, thank you for that. But I don't have a cis covering that period and that I'm afraid could be a problem.

If you have 5 years P60s then hopefully there should not be a problem.

If you excercising your treaty rights through employment then you must have been received P60 each year from your employer that shows taxable income and tax information.

use p45 instead, that will bring it to ho attention that you did`t work during that time. I would claim that I was on sort of holiday - break before starting new employment.
