Why there is no European passport for people who live in Europe for 5 or more years in different countries of Europe !

Its really not fair if you move to other countries for job and you have to start from Zero to get a passport

Same currency why not same passport for people who live legally in Europe for 5 or more years !

Because Europe is not a federation of state, it is an economic and political association of European countries. All of the member states are sovereign.
