EEA4 aply for pr after retain my right

Hi everyone :lol:
Cut the long story short I have retained my right feb 2012 us divorced to an EEA HO issued me another residence cart[5 year visa]family member of an EEA and i complained they send me a letter confirming that i have retain my right
I wanted to know please can i apply for pr using the EEA4 form and can you do it on a day service?
Is any one with a similar story? :roll:
Your help will really be appreciated cos i cant find nothink on the board and no information no where :D

it would really mean lot cos every time i pass the uk border they stop and ask me about my ex wife,cant buy a house basically nothing

hi Obie thank you so much for replying
i got married 2006 sept 6 months visa
2007 got 5 year [vignete]
2011 divorced
2012 feb retained my right but they issued me another vignete [5 year visa]
us a family member of an eea
complained they send me a letter to confirm it that i have retain my right but on my pasport its still family member of an eea
i cant buy a house basically nothing
i just want to apply for pr or BC,if i apply for pr can i do it day service?
so confused but i still have 4 years lleft on my new visa

You should be able to apply for naturalisation, subject to you passing the life in the UK test anyway.

Hi Obie.I have passed the uk test and i have phone the home office and told them my situation but she was not sure if i can apply for naturalization if i don't have permanent resident?the whole thing is a mess,what do you suggest?thanks again
