eea family permit for parents

Hello,
I am non-eu citizen and holding eea family permit, i wish to bring my parents to UK, just i would like to learn can i get permit for parents, i dont need to support them, they are both retired and get income from own properties from own country, if possibly to get permit, what is the procedure?

No, not if they are not dependant on you.

think that they are dependant for me, problem my budget not enough for them, is there any offical infos page in ukba? i couldnt see

You can only bring them if you show that they are dependant on your eea national.

How can they be dependent on you if you don't need to support them?
