My relationship with ger has broken down cos of her new man n she is unwilling to give me any recent document that indicates she is exercising her treaty right. If she is in education, then Comprehensive Sickness insurance, a letter confirming engagement in study, and a declaration that she will be self-sufficient will be required.
The CSI should cover the period immediately preceding the issue of the decree absolute.
Evidence of activity up to the termination of the marriage, which is decree absolute is required, save for few circumstances.

I do not have any contact with her, so getting further documents from her is impossible. At the same time, she has been living here for more than ten years and had obtained her PR, would that help. Please, advise on the circumstances that I am unable to get further documents from her.

I have applied for ROR on the 21/3/13 and received a letter today from UKBA dated 6/4/13, that says" thank you for application for a residence Card". Thats a mistake because I applied for ROR. At the bottom of the letter, it says they are uable to confirm my right to work in UK, it will depend on the outcome of the application.
Please, I need a help.

Thank God, I received my passport requested on the 11th of may, but unfortunately there is no stamp to confirm my ROR. Atleast, I can travel n use my passport for sth meaningful.
