Hi

I am polish citizen ( UK resident ) and my husband who is egyptian (currently in egypt, and applied from egypt) was recently granted EEA FP entry clearnce to Uk and is looking into bying his flight ticket. From what I understand the applicant should be issued a Category D Vignette with one of the following endorsements:

D: 'EEA FP: FAMILY MEMBER: [TO ACC 'Name of EEA national']
or
D: 'EEA FP: FAMILY MEMBER: [TO JOIN 'Name of EEA national']

but in his case it says:

EEA FP: family memeber"my name and DOB" and straight after "his name"
I don't know if it means to ACC or to JOIN, there is no indication whatsoever? hope you can help because I am confused now not knowing if I should accompany him or else and we dont want any suprises on the airport.
thanks :D

It's OK. He should not have problems travelling or entering the UK. You don't need to accompany him. Don't worry.
