Hi MIkilo

I sent the usual documents (passports with the same last name, photos, application form, both bank statements, council tax all with the same address as parters). Partners contract letter with the changed surname, payslips, as well as one relationship report documenting our relationship (background, photos, Skype, airline tickets, immigration stamps on passport mentioned as proof of travel) since 2010 when we met until we got married in Dec 2012 with a wedding in Feb 13.

All the best!
